Workshop: Tamale Making 101 • Presenter Darlene Tenes of CasaQ & Chef Sal Arciniega

Learn to make traditional chicken, pork and cheese tamales for the Holiday. We’ll start with a chef demo on how to make the meats and masa, then participate in a family-style assembly line to learn how to properly wrap and fold the tamales which you will be able to take home and eat.
