Tamale Making & Mercado Vendor Information


The Tamale Making & Mercado will be a fun-filled community celebration celebrating Latino Christmas traditions.  We are looking to highlight Latino artists, Mexico & Latin-American imports, home-made and hand-crafted arts and goods.

Vendor Cost: $75 or 10% of Sales for new artists

Monies will go to expand Amigos de Guadalupe’s current programs addressing Literacy, Gang Prevention, After School Program, New Parent Education, Mental Health, Immigration and Housing services.



7:00am – Vendor Set-up

9:00am – Food Volunteers arrive

10:00am – Mercado & Dining Room Open

2:00pm – Food service close for general public

2:00pm – Tamale Making 101

5:00pm – Events ends

6:30pm – Plaza closes



Please keep all items within your assigned area.

Free standing displays should not block/interfere with other vendor tables nor obstruct walkways or aisles.

All vendors will be provided with one 6’ table in a 5 X 10″ space

Tables must be covered with a tablecloth that touches the floor. Linens will NOT be provided.

If you have decorative props, please clearly indicate that these items are not for sale.
